WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 3-5 business days.
You will then receive notification of shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the UK or Asia. If from Asia, please allow an additional 15 – 30 days to receive your order depending on your country.
Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. millerandjones.co.uk can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. millerandjones.co.uk will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?
Orders will either be shipped from our storage facilities in either the UK or Asia. UK shipments will be delivered within 5 working days. If your order is sent from Asia please allow 15-30 days for delivery.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Our primary warehouse is in UK, but a number of items are located in China.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
1. If you require a return or warranty claim, please begin by clicking here.
2. Our return policy is 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. If your return falls within the guidelines of our return policy, we will send you a return number which must accompany your return, or the return will not be valid.
To initiate your return please contact us by clicking here to receive your order number. Any un-authorised returns may result in refunds being delayed.
Full refunds will be granted for items in unopened, unused, condition in the original packaging.
If your product is damaged or defective, we will issue an exchange of the same item within 7 days.
We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement. Buyer pays shipping. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.
If your item is in working condition but you have ordered in error or no longer require the item then we reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee.
Please include your order number inside the box and the reason for the return so that the refund can be properly processed. If you don’t include a returns number then we can’t guarantee your refund can be processed.
Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
